46. Struggling to Hold it All Together or Feeling Like you’re Failing in all of it? 8 Key Foundations You Need if You’re a Go-Getter, but Longing for Balance [Part 1]

Hey sister, are you longing for more balance as you pursue those big goals & dreams, and motherhood at the same time?

Today I'm getting vulnerable with you and sharing where I was stuck in the early years of my motherhood -- running on survival mode, drowning in all the demands of my plate. Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and burnt out, giving so much of myself to my family, my fitness, and all I did in the Army and even in my small business, but also feeling like I was a failure in all of it.

I was worried my baby & husband were getting the leftovers of me & bearing the cost of my military service, and I was doubting whether it really was possible to pursue those dreams on my heart, while still being the mom I wanted to be. It felt like one was always at the expense of the other.

I was trying so hard to hold it all together, could never find a single minute to truly rest, and everyone kept telling me I was superwoman, but I just felt like a mess on the inside, running on fumes and barely keeping up.
