We all know how hard it can be finding the time & energy to fit in our workouts, or figure out how to exercise consistently to get closer to our goals, especially as busy postpartum mamas.
It can be easy to feel discouraged, guilty, or even defeated in the juggling act of trying to figure out how to make it work, even when we really want to. It can be so hard to find the time to take care of ourselves or even take a shower, because our children's needs are so urgent. Between being so sleep deprived, fussy days where baby won't let us set them down, constant nursing, toddlers hanging on us, or the million interruptions, it can feel impossible to get a good workout in.
But it is possible and I want to encourage you in some practical ways to make it easier, in spite of these realities of our busy, sometimes overwhelming, exhausting, & chaotic mom life!
