If you are a busy mama in the military, and you’re struggling navigating the challenges of pregnancy & postpartum, either with maintaining or getting back to fitness, or with work life balance, I want to hear from you!

If you're not in the military but want to participate you’re welcome to, just share more about you in one of the sections of the form or in the email so I have more context!

 

What to expect on the call: I’m looking to sit down with 5 of my listeners on the phone or Zoom this weekend/week for a super informal conversation to ask just a few questions and learn more about you.

This will be super chill, no strings attached, this is purely to learn more about where you're at on your journey and what you’re going through, so I can create content that addresses your biggest struggles, frustrations, and questions and supports you best.

It's been so much fun so far connecting with a few of you and hearing what's on your heart!
